Heartland Holiday Lights ("we," "us," or "our") provides professional permanent smart lighting installation, maintenance, and related services in Council Bluffs, Iowa, the Omaha metro, and surrounding communities. By requesting a quote or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes and lighting designs are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quote and include materials, labor, and warranty as described. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes after the quote is issued, with your approval.

3. Scheduling and Access

Installation dates are scheduled upon acceptance of a quote. You agree to provide reasonable access to your property on the scheduled date. Weather or other conditions outside our control may require rescheduling; we will notify you as soon as possible if that occurs.

4. Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quote or invoice. Balances are due as specified. We reserve the right to suspend service on accounts with overdue balances.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

Installed products are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty. Maintenance and service commitments included with your installation are described in your quote. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by tampering, unauthorized modification, or events outside our control.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
